Levl Research

The first 90 days after addiction treatment.

More than half of adolescents who finish addiction treatment use again within 90 days.1 Almost all of that stretch happens where no clinician can see it.

What Levl Clinical is.

A way to bring a young person’s wearable data and their own check-ins to their care team between visits, inside the record system the clinic already uses. The young person chooses whether a parent receives anything from it.

The signals being studied

  • SleepFrom the study wearable
  • Heart rate variabilityA measure of stress on the body
  • Their own check-insCravings, mood, stress

Which signals earn a place, location included, is being decided with clinicians. Participants see the full list before they agree to anything.

What the first study tests

  • Can young people and clinicians actually use it?
  • Does it fit into real care?

What we’re not claiming

  • That it predicts relapse.
  • That it prevents relapse.

That comes later, if we earn it.

Levl Clinical is investigational and not available for clinical use.
